What internet speed do I need to qualify?

To qualify as a host, you need a minimum upload and download speed of 25 Mbps. However, connections with 50+ Mbps typically generate higher earnings. We recommend running a speed test on Speedtest.net and submitting your results as part of the application process. Fiber connections are ideal, but high-quality cable and 5G home internet connections also work well for our program.

Will this affect my internet speed?

The device constantly monitors your network usage and automatically adjusts its operations to ensure your personal internet activities always take priority. How long is the contract period?

There is no long-term contract required. Our service operates on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to participate as long as you wish. If you decide to stop hosting, simply notify us, and we'll provide instructions for returning the device. We do recommend giving the program at least 3 months to fully experience the benefits and consistent earnings potential.

What happens if the device breaks or malfunctions?

If your device malfunctions, we'll replace it at no cost to you. Our devices come with a full warranty for the entire duration of your participation in the program. Simply contact our support team, and we'll troubleshoot the issue remotely. If we can't resolve it, we'll ship a replacement device immediately with a return label for the malfunctioning unit. This ensures minimal disruption to your hosting and earnings.
